- Receive and review offers, considering the “golden zone” in the first two weeks.

Under Contract:
- Negotiate and accept a suitable offer, officially going under contract.
- Buyer makes an initial escrow deposit, starts financing application, and initiates inspections.

- Obtain home insurance and flood coverage if necessary.

Closing:
- Sign necessary documents.
